Elyse, a Washington native, grew up in Lake Stevens and earned her Bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University. She achieved a spot on the President’s List by maintaining a grade average in the 90th percentile of her class for two consecutive quarters. She also volunteered as a youth mentor and actively supported animal welfare initiatives, demonstrating her commitment to giving back to the community. While in Bellingham, she discovered her passion for real estate and began her property management career in 2011. Elyse has since gained extensive experience managing portfolios of single-family homes, apartment communities, HOAs, and small commercial properties across Thurston, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties. Elyse served on her local NARPM chapter’s board for four years as a licensed broker and is currently a proud member of IREM as an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM). She joined Fulcrum in 2018, where she has demonstrated her dedication to residents, owners, and teammates and has been described as “a true ambassador of Fulcrums expectations and values”. She was recently honored as a 2024 Emerald Award recipient for Community Manager Of The Year 151-300 Units for her work accomplished in Everett, WA-2023. Outside of work, Elyse enjoys spending time with her two cats, attending comedy shows, watching Mariners games, and occasionally trying her luck at poker. -

Claire has always been drawn to the dynamic world of real estate. Her extensive background in marketing and customer service enhances her ability to showcase properties effectively, ensuring clients find a space that truly feels like home. Since 2009, Harrell has honed his expertise in maintaining residential properties, leveraging a background that includes roles as a general contractor for residential housing, a finish carpenter, and a mechanic for nuclear-powered naval vessels. Harrell’s diverse career path reflects his adaptability and dedication to his craft. His extensive experience in various technical and hands-on roles has equipped him with a unique skill set, making him a valuable asset to the Fulcrum team. Outside of his professional life, Harrell is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, hunting, and early morning walks. He also has a passion for cooking and BBQ, often sharing these interests with his beloved wife and family. Harrell's commitment to both his work and personal life showcases his well-rounded and grounded approach to life and career.
